Problem:

An additional administrator is required for a profilter domain, or an administrator needs to be removed from the domain.

Solution:   Legacy - profilter V1 

Note - This knowledgebase article is based on legacy profilter v1

1. Log in to www.profilter.co.uk as the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. user.
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Go to the Domains sub tab
4. Find the relevant domain in the list and click on it.

To Add a domain administrator

1. At the bottom of the screen, find the required new administrator in the Add Administrator list (they are sorted by email address - not domain)
2. Select the new administrator and click on Grant Administrator Privileges
3. Ensure that the new administrator is now shown in the Domain Administrators List

To Remove a domain administrator

1. In the Domain Administrators List, tick the administrator(s) to remove.
2. Click Revoke Privileges for Marked Administrators
3. Ensure that the administrator has gone from the Domain Administrators List.
