How do I change the logo in the portal?

Problem

How do I change the logo in the portal?
How do I put my logo in the portal?
How do I brand the portal with my logo?
How do I whitelabel the portal with my logo?

Solution:

Log into the portal and select the "Partner" tab.
Then select the "Settings" tab

In the theme section you can provide a URL to a image of your logo on your own website.
The image should be 300px wide and 65px high (300x65).  The image must also be in a transparent PNG or transparent GIF format.

If you haven't got the means to host the image on your own website then please raise a ticket with support and we can host the file for you.
